Our basic belief is respect for the individual, for each person's rights and dignity. It follows from this principle that CPO should: Create and environment where employees can develop to their fullest potential and make the best possible use of their abilities. Pay and promote on merit. Insure all communication channels are open between managers and employees, with the opportunity for a fair hearing and equitable settlement of disagreements. We believe that there is no substitute for good human relations and the high morale they bring.
- Provide Cutting Edge Technology and Exemplary Service to the Customer
We are dedicated to giving our customers the best possible products and services. This requires that we do constant research on the latest technological advancements in our industry and to position ourselves with the best product offering available. In addition, we must anticipate and help define what our customers business needs are and help them use our products and services to maximize their productivity. In addition, we must provide superior equipment maintenance and suppo0rt services always anticipating problems and acting with a sense or urgency and focus.

We want CPO to be known for its excellence. Therefore, we believe that every task, in every part of the business, should be performed in a superior manner and to best of our ability. Nothing should be left to chance in our pursuit of excellence. This requires that we avoid complacency and have a healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo continually striving to better our performance.

In communities where CPO facilities are located, we do our utmost to help create an environment in which people want to work and live.
