| Warranties and guarantees apply only to new Konica or Sharp copiers purchased on the "Love It or Leave It" program with minimum speeds of 25 ppm (monochrome) and 23 ppm (color) which are being leased through CPO’s leasing subsidiaries by non “print-for-pay” corporate customers, and used in the following areas: Santa Clara County from San Jose northward, San Mateo County east of I280, and Fremont. In order to qualify for the “Love It Or Leave It Equipment Guarantee” you must send a registered letter outlining your concerns to the Director of Operations at CPO LTD. Please allow 60 days for us to resolve your problem. If the problem cannot be resolved in 60 days, we will replace your unit with another unit of equal or greater capabilities, at no additional charge. If this replacement product does not resolve the issue, we will cancel your agreement and relieve you of any further obligation if you send us a second registered letter outlining the reasons for the “leave it” request.
