Love it or Leave it Equipment Guarantee
  • If you are on our "Love It or Leave It" program, and, within the first 12 months, we cannot make your equipment perform in a manner consistent with the applicable manufacturer’s specifications, we will cancel your agreement and relieve you of any further obligation. Excluded from this provision are production color copiers faster than 49 ppm.


Lifetime Performance Guarantee
  • CPO will repair or exchange your copier during its entire lifetime of active service within your office, as long as the copier has been continuously covered by a CPO full service contract. Color copiers faster than 49 ppm have only a 5 year Performance Guarantee.

  
 
2 Hour Average On-Site Response Time
  • CPO averages 2 hour response time from the time a service call is placed until a technician arrives at your office for copiers contracting at least 10,000 black & white or 1,000 color copies per month,  CPO will provide a credit of $300 if a maximum response time of 4 hours is missed.  For copiers with lower contracted volumes and for all production color copiers, CPO averages 4 hour response time and will provide a credit of $250 if a maximum response time of 8 hours is missed.

95% Uptime Guarantee
  • CPO guarantees 95% equipment uptime. Specifically, if your copier is inoperative for more than 5% of regular business hours over the course of one year, CPO will provide a $300 credit.

 
Free Automated Meter Collection Software
  • Copier and printer meter counts can be automatically sent to CPO each month through unique free software installed on your network, greatly reducing the amount of time you spend managing output devices.

 
Free Service for HP Laser Printers
  • CPO provides free service for your Hewlett Packard laser printers if you purchase our HP compatible cartridges from CPO.

 
Free Delivery, Installation & Digital Power Filter
  • Customers on the “Love It Or Leave It Program” will not be charged for standard delivery of their equipment. Any unusual rigging services will be charged to the customer. A digital power filter is also included at no additional charge.

CPO Guarantees Its Guarantees
  •  Our competitors who do not offer these comprehensive customer guarantees often falsely tell customers that CPO does not honor these programs in order to be competitive.
  • CPO not only honors every program outlined but also challenges our competitors to specify any customer that did not receive any remedies as outlined above.
  •  If a specific customer is identified who will state on the record that they did not receive the guaranteed recourse as outlined, CPO will provide you with an additional 10% discount from the price being quoted by CPO. Simply provide a competitive quote and all related documentation.
